LEAD GENERATION, CONVERSION & COMMUNITY

This is done for contract farming as an investment & donation opportunity.

Picture
The pandemic situation created the need for people to look beyond their jobs and relook at their investment portfolio. We used the sentiment of the market to promote contract farming as another vehicle of generating passive income. So, the whole marketing strategy is encapsulated in the idea of not putting all the eggs in one bascet.

5cat advertised in social media, mainly facebook. The response was overwhelming. Our email was flooded with leads on daily basis. The interesting part is that our landing page is telling people upfront that minimum investment is Rm10,000 and they still registered and the quality of leads is really good.

How do we know that the quality of leads is good?
Well, after registering, the prospects get to attend a Free webinar and at the end of the webinar, there is an offer for them to invest.
5cat is pleased to say that we had 30-40% conversion. That is a clear indication of quality leads.

How about building a community?
Well, those who started investing in farming, they become part of the community and they get weekly updates on farming projects plus they will be the first to receive new offers.
Another benefit of the community is that, the client will save more money, because the new farming projects are promoted within the community and the members started referring other friends into the system. Very powerful.

customer engagement during pandemic

One of our clients was supposed to have a big anniversary celebration for being in the market for more than 20 years. Then, almost every plan had to be canceled or postponed because of the pandemic.
But, there is something that we did that paid off very well and this is what happened.
We decided to have live shows on facebook on a daily basis. We even went further than that. We were doing 3 live shows per day. Yes, 3 live shows per day.

One live show is the morning around 11am. Another live show in the afternoon around 3pm. And the last live show around 9pm at night. Yes, a lot of work arranging the topics and the speakers and this was done for a whole month.

So, the question is, what's the outcome?
As a start, their facebook fans increased significantly to 20,000 new fans and followers. Even though during pandemic, where people could not go to buy their products at the retail outlets, they started making purchases online. Actually, the following month, they had the highest sales of the year.

Why did it work?
The brand/client by doing a lot of live shows, was seen as giving back value to their customers. Most of the topics were not even sales driven but people liked the engagement and it paid off very well in terms of sales and social media increased following.
